Here are entered works on conductive paths printed onto a substrate on which individual components are mounted. Works on electronic components manufactured by printing electronically functional inks, which are usually polymers, on a substrate are entered under [Printed electronics.] Works on devices created by microlithographic etching and film deposition on silicon compounds are entered under [Integrated circuits.]
