Here are entered works on the legal concepts, mainly in continental European law, dealing with the violation of several laws by one act, with the violation of one law by several acts, or with crimes characterized by a number of successive or simultaneous individual violations, and which are known as "concours d'infraction" in French; "Verbrechenskonkurrenz," "fortgesetztes Verbrechen," etc. in German; "concorso di reati," "reato continuato," etc. in Italian; and "concurrencia de delitos," "delito continuado," etc. in Spanish.
