Here are entered works on the process of creating safer and more pedestrian-friendly streets by using physical measures such as changes in street alignment and installation of speed humps, chokers, raised sidewalks, etc., in combination with operational measures such as enhanced police enforcement, speed displays, and community speed watch programs, to alter motorist behavior.
